The Google Workspace Architect will lead the end-to-end architecture, planning, and execution of enterprise-scale migrations from Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) to Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, Chat).
This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, migration tooling experience, and customer-facing consulting skills to ensure secure, scalable, and user-centric migrations.
Experience Required
· 8–12+ years overall IT experience
· 5+ years of Google Workspace administration and architecture experience
· Experience handling enterprise tenants
Key Responsibilities
· Design target-state Google Workspace architecture aligned to business, security, and compliance needs
· Define migration strategy for Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
· Lead mailbox, file, and collaboration workload migrations
· Design coexistence and phased migration approaches
· Act as primary technical advisor for stakeholders and leadership
· Ensure minimal business disruption and high user satisfaction

· Google Workspace Tennent architecture and administration
· Configuring GWS security parameters including , Gmail mail flow, routing, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and compliance rules
