About the Role:

The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting the IT infrastructure of our global organization, including system management, user support, security management, and policy enforcement. We are looking for someone who has good knowledge of modern, cloud-based infrastructure services and can support our growing organization in implementing and managing a user-friendly and secure environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Help strengthen IT infrastructure cloud services following zero trust security principles.
  • Support efforts to transform the IT infrastructure into a more user-friendly and secure environment.
  • Administer core SaaS apps (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.), delivering a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Provide support to internal users, troubleshooting and assisting with IT-related problems and inquiries.
  • Support internal meetings and AV hardware.
  • Provide a quality user experience with a smooth onboarding & off-boarding process.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, network configurations, software licenses, and support procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades.
  • Interact with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and services, and manage vendor relationships.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT administration/engineering.
  • Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience (Okta, JumpCloud, Entra ID, OneLogin).
  • Google Workspace + O365 administrative experience.
  • Manage collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
  • Experience with conference rooms (Zoom Room, MTR, Meets Room).
  • Exposure to workflows and automation between platforms and applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with low supervision.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience introducing cloud-based IT infrastructure services.
  • Experience managing an MDM environment.
  • Experience managing macOS and Windows devices remotely.
