Job description

About Pantheon

Pantheon WebOps Platform powers the open web, running more than 300,000 sites in the cloud for customers including Google, Princeton, Salesloft and Doctors Without Borders. Every day, thousands of developers and marketers create, iterate, and scale WordPress and Drupal sites to reach billions of people globally. Pantheon's multitenant, container-based platform enables organizations to manage all of their websites from a single dashboard. Organizations including Clorox and the United Nations drive results through accelerated development and real-time publishing using Pantheon's collaborative workflows.

The Role

Pantheon's revenue engine runs on a modern go-to-market stack, and we are hiring a GTM Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day administration, automation, integrations, and data quality of the systems our Sales team relies on every day. You will help modernize and consolidate our GTM systems alongside external implementation partners, co-administer our CPQ with Deal Desk, and keep revenue-critical workflows running smoothly at month and quarter end. If you are the person who is equally at home in the HubSpot admin console and a middleware recipe, and you like your work to matter to the number, come build with us.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Administer HubSpot as our CRM platform: objects and data model, pipelines, workflows and automation, permissions, and reporting
  • Play a key role in major systems modernization projects alongside external implementation partners: data mapping and validation, workflow rebuilds, parallel-run support, and cutover execution
  • Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack using middleware (Workato) and native connectors: CPQ, conversation intelligence, chat, dialer, enrichment, and partner platforms
  • Co-administer DealHub CPQ with our Deal Desk, keeping quote-to-order flowing
  • Respond quickly to revenue-blocking issues, especially at month and quarter end
  • Own data quality across the revenue stack: deduplication, enrichment, routing integrity, and regular audits
  • Document what you build and enable sales users, partnering with RevOps and Enablement on rollout and adoption

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4-7+ years administering CRM and GTM systems at a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep hands-on experience administering HubSpot: data model and objects, pipelines, workflows and automation, permissions, and reporting; experience with other CRM ecosystems is a plus
  • Integration experience: middleware such as Workato (strongly preferred) or similar, native connectors, and comfort working with APIs and webhooks when needed
  • Quote-to-cash familiarity: CPQ administration (DealHub or similar) and how quoting, ordering, and billing hang together
  • Experience supporting a migration or dual-run environment: disciplined about change management, sandboxes, and testing
  • Security-minded: SSO app configuration and least-privilege permissioning
  • A clear communicator who partners well with Sales, Deal Desk, and RevOps stakeholders under time pressure
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Revenue Operations Certification, HubSpot Administration Certification), Workato Automation Pro, and familiarity with tools like Gong, Qualified, or PartnerStack are a plus

What We Offer

We have all the usual perks and benefits but what we can really offer you is a fantastic work environment powered by an amazing team.

  • Industry competitive compensation and equity plan
  • Flexible time off, sick days, and 13 paid holidays
  • Comprehensive medical insurance including Health, Dental and Vision
  • Paid parental leave (plus fertility, adoption and other family planning benefits)
  • In-office workspace (San Francisco & Chicago)
  • Monthly allowance for wellness, reading and access to LinkedIn Learning for continued development
  • Events and activities both team-based and company wide that inspire, educate and cultivate

Compensation: $90,000 - $113,000 USD base salary

Pantheon is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all backgrounds regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, or any other classification protected by law. Pantheon complies with federal and local disability laws and makes reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities.
