Technical Writer for Austin, TX or Seattle, WA for a 12-month Contract with possible extensions.

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), marketing, copywriting, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will create clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, marketing content, and user‑focused materials while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Documentation : Develop, write, and maintain high‑quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, system manuals, and knowledge base articles, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to manage and publish content.
  • Content Creation in AEM : Leverage AEM to create, organize, and publish content, ensuring seamless integration with digital platforms and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Marketing Content Development : Craft compelling marketing collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and website copy, to promote products and services while aligning with marketing strategies.
  • Copywriting : Write engaging, audience‑focused copy for product descriptions, email campaigns, social media, and other promotional materials, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
  • Cybersecurity Content : Produce documentation and training materials related to cybersecurity protocols, best practices, and compliance requirements, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, product managers, marketing teams, and cybersecurity professionals to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
