Job Summary:

They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
• Transform motivated goals into plans with committed resources and clear paths to success.
• Create meaningful contributions to Google's ML delivery roadmap by driving the availability of capacity strategically.
• Create, track, report, troubleshoot and remove blockers from large program plans.
• Communicate crisp, thoughtful and effective to work collaboratively cross-organization across different levels of seniority.
• Understand the Google Data Center and software stacks to a level where you can drive innovation across all of them.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data centers, networking and operations.
Preferred:
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Ability to formulate technical solutions and opinions on architecture.
• Ability to interact across many levels of seniority from field construction through Google-board reporting.
