TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Huntington Beach - Customer Sales Representative
Location: Los Alamitos, CA (In-Office)
Compensation: $21.50-23.50 base hourly (BoE) + percentage-based commission
Type: Full-Time (Part-Time considered)
All inbound sales leads – NO COLD CALLING!

Role Overview
At TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Huntington Beach, we help make moves feel organized, predictable, and stress-free. We’re looking for a Customer Sales Representative to support our customer experience, sales process, and daily office workflow.

This role works closely with customers, office leadership, and field crews to help ensure moves are quoted accurately, communication stays clear, and each customer feels supported from the first call through move day. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, personable, reliable, and comfortable balancing customer service, sales coordination, and light operational support.

Responsibilities
Customer Service amp; Estimate Support
  • Handle inbound phone and web inquiries
  • Prepare moving estimates using CRM software
  • Apply pricing rules for travel fees and double drive time
  • Explain pricing, services, and move details clearly to customers
  • Use tools like Google Maps and Street View to identify possible access issues before move day
  • Help build and maintain relationships with local realtors, apartment communities, and businesses
Customer amp; Crew Coordination
  • Monitor active jobs and review move paperwork
  • Communicate with foremen regarding on-site questions, inventory changes, or customer requests
  • Help relay updates between crews, customers, and management throughout the day
  • Assist in keeping customers informed and supported when schedules or job details shift
Administrative Support
  • Review completed job files for required signatures and documentation
  • Assist with invoices and payment processing
  • Prepare and review Release of Liability documents when needed
  • Support general office organization and administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Experience in customer service, office administration, dispatch, logistics, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with pricing logic, drive time calculations, and scheduling coordination
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, dispatch software, and tablets
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work on-site in Los Alamitos
  • Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
