Primary Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Spec Section Matrix
  • Review of Subcontractor Call List
  • Recruitment of Sub/Vendor Bidders
  • Quantity takeoff for all trades
  • Project specific scope for all trades and Tabsheets
  • Preparation of Google Sheet Sum Form
  • Bid Day Room setup
  • Tabulate portion of trades on Bid Day
  • Preparation of Project-specific Bid Tabs to publish bidders
  • Attend Pre-Bid Conference
  • Participation in Bid Day prep and presentation to Owner
  • Scope verification conversations with Bidders post-Bid Day
  • Compilation of all portions final GMP pricing booklet
  • Coordination with Field Ops to present the GMP to the Owner
  • Final turnover of Field Ops for construction
