Job description

Our client is looking for a Quality Operator to perform 100% visual inspection of in-process and finished displays using high-power microscopes. The role focuses on maintaining product quality standards, handling fragile optical components, and documenting inspection results and non-conformances.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Quality Inspector experience and previous experience in semiconductor fabrication, medical device manufacturing, aerospace, or a controlled cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Precision Microscopic Inspection: Perform 100% visual inspection of in-process and finished displays using high-power microscopes to ensure compliance with strict cosmetic and technical criteria.
  • Component Handling: Manually handle and manipulate small, fragile optical components with a high degree of steady-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Accurately document inspection results and non-conformances (NCRs) using Google Workspace and internal tracking tools (e.g., Tool Track).
  • Cleanroom Protocol: Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom gowning and behavior protocols to prevent contamination of sensitive display hardware.
  • Independent Execution: Manage daily inspection throughput independently, prioritizing tasks based on production schedules without requiring constant oversight.
  • Technical Support: Operate production test equipment as needed to support Quality and Reliability engineering evaluations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Visual Acuity: Strong near-vision acuity and the ability to perform prolonged microscopic inspection (essential for identifying sub-millimeter defects).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Quality Inspector role; previous experience in semiconductor fabrication, medical device manufacturing, or aerospace is highly preferred.
  • Cleanroom Expertise: Demonstrated experience working in a controlled cleanroom environment.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency with computers is a must; direct experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) is a significant plus.
  • Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and the ability to communicate technical discrepancies clearly and concisely.

Benefits: Bee Talent Solutions offers a competitive benefits package for eligible full-time employees, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additional details regarding eligibility and plan offerings will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.
