Salary: $18-$20/hour

We're seeking professional and friendly Front Office Receptionists, better known as GGL Ambassadors- to join our team! Ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and fellow team members, managing the front desk providing exceptional customer service. You'll ensure a positive experience and smooth operations of office operations for everyone who walks in the door!
What Youll Do

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or destination.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing general information as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Review emails for new client leads and create intake in our case management system (Smart Advocate).
  • Handle new client intakes both via phone calls and in person. Create intake in our CMS and assign accordingly.
  • Assist with mail distribution for incoming and outgoing packages, as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth running of daily office functions.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (required).
  • 1+ year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferred.
  • Stellar communication skills and active listening ability.
  • Organizational superpowers and laser-sharp attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvyproficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
