Community Consolidated School District 21 is seeking a full-time,12-month District Receptionist. In this role, you will greet visitors, manage the main telephone line, and provide essential administrative support to the student services department, registrar, and district liaisons. The ideal candidate possesses secretarial experience, strong technical skills in Google and office productivity applications, and the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Excellent communication skills are required to interact courteously with diverse groups, and fluency in Spanish is highly preferred. Please see the job description for more information.
Salary Range: $53,498 ($27.33/hr) - $58,353 ($29.81/hr)
Hours: Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. - 4:15 p.m. (One hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks)
