  • Experience leading teams and managing projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of professional experience across the project lifecycle, including design oversight, construction management, and complex agreement administration.
  • Experience in a changing technology environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving solutions.
  • Ability to produce and deliver executive presentations and project status reports, and to communicate deliverables with stakeholders and management teams.
  • Ability to influence change and initiatives were prudent.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to prioritize evolving initiatives effectively.

About the job
The Real Estate Design and Delivery team consists of Project Executives that lead real estate construction project delivery from inception to completion. This team partners with regional and global specialist teams, as well as supplier partners, to deliver workplaces on time and on budget.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Real Estate Design and Delivery (REDD) team designs and delivers exceptional physical spaces for Google globally, from inception to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery from feasibility, due diligence, and Site Acquisition Committee (SAC) approvals, to design management and construction oversight including cost, quality, schedule, compliance, risk, and stakeholder management. You will regionally align Real Estate Design and Delivery teams, ensure you are close to the markets and users, and can deliver with speed and accuracy.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $197000 (USD) 15% bonus target bonus equity benefits

  • Act as the primary bridge between cross-functional partners and leadership, driving consensus on difficult business situations and ensuring transparent project communication.
  • Manage external consultant and vendor relationships, ensuring all resources align with Google's internal controls and standards.
  • Oversee tenant improvements and build-to-suit projects to ensure the physical workspace authentically reflects and maintains Google cultural values.
