As an Enterprise AI Product Owner your goal is to serve as a high-impact functional IT leader responsible for identifying and engineering enterprise AI and Agentic solutions that reduce business complexity through process standardization and technical innovation. This role serves as the adoption catalyst for the organization’s AI strategy, driving growth initiatives and improving quality and operational efficiency through the delivery of  AI enabled cross-functional systems. Beyond technical delivery, this leader is responsible for evangelizing AI capabilities and mentoring teams to accelerate the widespread adoption of AI-driven innovation throughout the organization.

You will do this by:

  • Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into actionable requirements for Agentic AI and predictive analytics. 

  • Design and deploy production-grade Autonomous Agents and multi-agent orchestrations to solve multi-step business problems.

  • Design and engineer Agentic AI integrations that sit on top of legacy architecture, specifically optimizing and automating workflows within manufacturing execution and ERP ecosystems like SAP across supply chain and product lifecycle modules.

  • Architect and scale production-ready AI models and multi-agent systems primarily using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent enterprise cloud environments.

  • Serve as a Project Manager for AI initiatives, identifying high-value opportunities and securing the IT resource capacity needed for successful implementation.

  • Act as the technical champion for AI literacy; host workshops and "Demo Days" to showcase engineered solutions and drive culture-wide AI-first thinking.

  • Drive the implementation of no-code/low-code AI agent options, providing the training for business users to build governed tools.

  • Develop detailed technical specifications, ensuring AI outputs are contextually relevant and technically sound.

  • Ensure AI solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing workflows; establish performance benchmarks and conduct human-in-the-loop validation for accuracy and safety.

  • Implement technical guardrails to ensure all AI solutions comply with security frameworks, focusing on data privacy, hallucination mitigation, and ethical AI usage.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in field

  • Strong verbal and written skills  to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

  • Expertise in AI concepts and delivery, including understanding deployment strategies, and ethical considerations to effectively integrate AI solutions into business processes.

  • Proven experience designing or implementing AI and automation solutions within a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on technical familiarity with core ERP Applications preferrably  SAP, with a specific focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, logistics, and Manufacturing.

  • Strong technical proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., Vertex AI), or equivalent experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive adoption of new technologies across diverse user groups.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading strategic initiatives.

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills to identify and propose technical and non-technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and support new software applications.
