Commercial Project Manager - Bonita Springs, Florida

What you will need to be doing:

  • Execute and assist with duties and complete projects safely, on time, and within budget. This individual will also work alongside team members, clients, suppliers, and trade partners to provide exceptional services.
  • Monitor sub-contractors and vendors
  • Understanding of OSHA and MIOSHA standards
  • Strong knowledge in General Trades (i.e. carpentry, doors, frames, hardware & millwork installation)
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees Communicate well with Accounting, Estimating, Human Resources, Coordinator, and Management to ensure a safe and successful project.
  • A Construction Management degree is preferred, but not required. Strong understanding of construction and construction management process from start to finish
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills a must (i.e.- Microsoft, Google Drive, Accounting software, and Estimating software)
  • Ability to work well with others and with a team Position Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of recent Commercial Construction work experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience Computer skills, efficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite
  • Willing to travel
