We're looking for an experienced Facebook & Google Ads Media Buyer who is analytical, proactive, and obsessed with performance. If you enjoy testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that deliver measurable ROI, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Media Buyer, you'll manage a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through optimization, working closely with our Account Managers and creative team to drive consistent growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop paid advertising strategies for new client campaigns
  • Build, launch, and optimize Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads campaigns
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality, CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
  • Conduct audience, creative, and offer testing to improve campaign performance
  • Analyze campaign data and proactively identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, creative assets, and overall marketing strategy
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations internally
  • Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring deadlines and KPIs are met
  • Track projects and campaign progress using Monday.com
  • Collaborate daily with teammates through Slack
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  • Experience generating leads for local businesses (healthcare, legal, home services, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Bonus Points
  • Experience with GoHighLevel
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or Conversion API

Compensation
