PROJECT MANAGER

  • This is a fully remote role, working EST hours.
  • This is a part time role, working approx 20 hours per week (Tues,Weds,Thurs)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client's consultancy is leading the design and delivery of a 13-month Leadership Development Program for a client committed to becoming world-class at building leadership capability. The program is structured across three channels: Leadership Foundations, Leadership Competency Development (5 competencies O 8-week cycles), and Leadership Integration & Growth. The architecture is set. Now it's about execution.

This Project Manager will work directly with, collaborate with, and support our Client Advisor, the senior role responsible for managing partner relationships and keeping all workstreams connected. The PM's job is to give the Client Advisor leverage: owning the project infrastructure, tracking every moving part, and making sure nothing slips between the cracks.

YOUR WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

You will be embedded in the team, working alongside:

  • Client Advisor: your primary working partner; the Client Advisor leads partner coordination and client relationships, and you directly support their ability to do that work effectively
  • Instructional Design Partner: responsible for content and curriculum development across all three channels
  • Freelance Graphic Design Partner: responsible for visual assets, participant materials, and program collateral

The Client Advisor is the strategic connective tissue across these partners. You are the operational engine that makes their work possible, tracking deliverables, managing timelines, organizing assets, and translating complexity into clarity for the client.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Master Project Plan & Timeline Management

  • Build and maintain the end-to-end project plan in Asana (or your preferred PM tool) covering all 13 months, across both build and delivery phases
  • Map interdependencies across all workstreams (content design, design reviews, graphic production, facilitation prep, and client milestones) so overlapping timelines stay visible and manageable
  • Maintain a shared project environment where the OneTeam team, partners, and client stakeholders can see live status, upcoming milestones, and ownership at a glance
  • Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and shifting dependencies so the Client Advisor can act before issues become problems

Supporting the Client Advisor

  • Serve as the operational right hand to the Client Advisor, handling the tracking, coordination, and follow-through that keeps their focus on strategy and client relationships
  • Prepare materials the Client Advisor needs for partner check-ins, internal reviews, and client-facing meetings
  • Monitor workstream progress across the ID and Graphic Design partners and keep the Client Advisor informed with clear, accurate status at all times
  • Follow up on open items, pending deliverables, and review cycles so nothing waits longer than it should

Client Reporting & Communication

  • Translate the detailed project plan into polished PowerPoint updates that give client stakeholders clear, accessible visibility into program progress
  • Prepare milestone summaries, status reports, and decision-ready briefings in support of the Client Advisor's client-facing work
  • Maintain a consistent, professional communication rhythm that keeps the client informed and confident throughout the 13-month engagement

Asset & Document Management

  • Build and maintain a shared workspace (SharePoint, Google Drive, or similar) as the single source of truth for all program materials across the full team
  • Organize and version-control all assets: facilitator guides, participant workbooks, practice exercises, graphic files, application tools, and client deliverables
  • Ensure clean transitions between build and delivery phases, with every material in the right place, versioned correctly, and accessible to the right people

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3-5 years of project management experience in consulting, professional services, or learning & development
  • Experience working closely with a senior lead or account manager; you know how to give someone leverage, not just report to them
  • Hands-on proficiency with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or a comparable PM tool; you build project systems, not just task lists
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate a complex project plan into a clean, story-driven update for a senior client audience
  • Experience managing shared file systems across distributed teams (SharePoint, Google Drive, Notion, or similar)
  • A proactive, no-surprises communication style; you surface issues early and keep everyone aligned without being asked
  • Comfortable in a build-and-deliver environment where design and execution run simultaneously

NICE TO HAVE

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification
  • Prior experience supporting leadership development, executive education, or organizational talent programs
  • Familiarity with instructional design or curriculum development workflows
