Role Overview

We're looking for a Media Buyer/Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll contribute to both the planning and execution of media campaigns across a variety of clients, channels, and platforms. Working closely with media team members, account teams, and media partners, you'll help develop media recommendations, execute campaigns, analyze performance, and identify optimization opportunities that support client goals.

This role is designed for individuals who want to build a career in media strategy, providing hands-on experience in both media buying and planning while developing the skills needed to take on greater strategic responsibility over time.

We are looking for candidates based in Lincoln or Omaha who can collaborate in person with our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Media Planning & Buying: Contribute to the development, maintenance, and execution of media plans and schedules across assigned client accounts. Support media recommendations through audience research, budget analysis, and channel evaluation while helping ensure plans are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Media Research & Recommendations: Assist in evaluating audiences, media opportunities, historical performance, and marketplace trends to support media recommendations and long-term planning efforts.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Launch, manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns across major paid media platforms, ensuring delivery aligns with approved plans, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyze budgets, campaign performance, audience data, and industry research to support media recommendations, uncover optimization opportunities, and inform future planning decisions.
  • Relationship Collaboration & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with media partners while collaborating closely with account, creative, analytics, and media team members to support planning, execution, and reporting efforts.
  • Campaign Management: Monitor media delivery, pacing, reporting, billing, and campaign performance while resolving discrepancies and helping ensure media investments deliver against client objectives.

  • Experience managing campaigns, analyzing performance, or supporting media recommendations is preferred.
  • Advertising agency experience is a plus.
