What You'll Contribute

The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics, will play a critical role in transforming marketing and customer data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, optimization, and long-term growth. This role will partner with advertising, marketing channel owners, digital products, engineering, and data teams to stand up scalable measurement, unlock deeper channel insights, and enable a modern, insight-led marketing function across paid, owned, and future omnichannel experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Education Services marketing, product, and advertising stakeholders, translating business questions into measurable frameworks, analyses, and actionable recommendations.

  • Lead analytics support for our new advertising service, including measurement strategy, tracking implementation, and ongoing performance analysis.

  • Own and evolve paid media measurement, ensuring accurate and scalable tracking, attribution approaches, and conversion measurement across channels.

  • Move beyond standard reporting to deliver insights that drive optimization, experimentation, and informed decision-making

  • Support owned and paid channel analytics across our website, with a strong focus on lead generation performance and funnel effectiveness.

  • Leverage web analytics tools to analyze user behavior, conversion paths, and on-site engagement.

  • Connect campaign performance to on-site behavior and business outcomes, enabling a holistic view of channel impact.

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps across channels to inform marketing strategy and investment decisions.

  • Help define and maintain best practices and standards for channel and advertising analytics within a centralized analytics team

  • Continuously evaluate and improve event tagging, tracking processes, and reporting frameworks to enhance data quality, scalability, and performance insights

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Business, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred

  • Deep knowledge of marketing analytics methodologies, including attribution modeling, customer lifetime value (CLV), and cohort analysis

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, knowledge of Snowflake, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI

  • Expertise in digital analytics platforms such as Heap, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Salesforce, or similar

  • Strong communication skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex data projects in fast-paced environments

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics, with a strong focus on paid media, advertising, and channel performance

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag management and data layer setup

  • Experience with Python, R, SAS, or similar for statistical marketing modeling

  • Usage of SEO tools such as Google Search Console or Ahrefs
