Job Summary - Senior Dealer Success Manager
PureCars is seeking a talented Senior Dealer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. As a PureCars Senior Dealer Success Manager, you will work with and manage some of the most advanced and forward thinking automotive groups throughout the U.S and Canada. As such, these customers rely on PureCars to provide data-driven marketing strategies and market insights that drive real ROI to their business. That's where you come in! As a consultative challenger, you will build strong strategic partnerships with your customers, provide proactive insights and ideas that help them hit their goals and ultimately help to increase the lifetime customer value of the PureCars customer through retention and growth. If you have a strong and tenured background working with car dealerships, omni-channel digital marketing, a total ownership mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced ever changing environment - this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:

  • Act as the PureCars' market and media strategy expert to our automotive customers in the US and Canada by managing the post-sale client relationship, digital ad and product strategy, account growth, and expansion to additional rooftops within their portfolios.
  • Create, track, and deliver, and present proactive strategic insights and recommendations based on current marketing performance, market dynamics, and/or customer business objectives.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through a consultative challenger approach by always looking to educate the customer and lead them towards the right solution.
  • Be opportunistic and solution oriented by growing your book of business through product expansion, budget growth, or rooftop expansion
  • Have a deep passion and care for customer success and act with urgency and integrity in moments of friction.
  • Build a collaborative customer-first environment through clear, concise communication to internal stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, create, and deliver relevant industry data and performance metrics through high-impact presentations to key automotive dealership executives including Dealer Principals, General Managers, General Sales Managers, and E-Commerce Managers.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Regional Director or OEM Partnerships Team.
  • Use your technical and business development chops to educate clients on using our platform, increase client's utilization of current technology, and keep clients updated on new technology/feature releases.
  • Overnight travel is the exception but it will be required - up to 25% of the time.
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
  • Prior experience strategizing working with Salesforce, Google Ads, GA4, META Business Manager, Amazon Advertising, DV360 in conjunction with pump-in pump out reports or market data is a plus!
  • Demonstrated ability in building world-class relationships with client executives and in communicating technical product capabilities, success metrics, and best practices to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled in client performance data analysis and in providing actionable and impactful insights to clients with a focus on optimizing revenue generation.
  • Adept in quickly analyzing varying client environments and needs, identifying and influencing key decision makers, and creating a long-term adoption of PureCars' value proposition and suite of products.
  • Strong knowledge of online media channels (paid search, display, social, video, local SEO) and metrics, MS Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, PowerPoint, analytics tools, and client research.
  • Top-notch communication and presentation skills to a wide variety of audiences across a variety of regions and cultures.
  • Prior experience utilizing or working with Salesforce, Google Ads, META Business Manager, DV360, Amazon Advertising, Pump-in Pump Out Reports, OEM programs
