Description

Join Our Team as a Marketing Manager!

Are you a builder who turns plans into results?

The Marketing Manager is a key member of our Marketing Team, responsible for owning campaigns and partnerships from kickoff to delivery.

You will run our Utah Jazz partnership activations, lead marketing for new location openings, support our loyalty and community programs, and make sure every campaign actually ships on time and on brand. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants the keys to real projects with real visibility.

Be part of a team where your impact goes beyond the job. It creates smiles, builds connections, and drives success. We are a people-focused business that just happens to wash cars, and together we make every day shine. Ready to make a difference? Let's do this!

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Real Ownership: You will run major campaigns end to end, including our Utah Jazz partnership and new location launches. Your work will be seen by hundreds of thousands of people.
  • Competitive Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health Insurance, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Matching 401(k), Free Car Wash Pass for two household vehicles, and Tuition Reimbursement after just 6 months.

This Role Is Perfect for You If

  • You can take a goal, build the plan, and ship the work without being told what to do next.
  • You like running multiple projects at once and keeping every one of them on track.
  • You enjoy working with external partners, vendors, and agencies and holding them to deadlines.
  • You are comfortable in spreadsheets, project trackers, and budget files. The tools of the trade do not slow you down.
  • You have opinions about what makes campaigns work and you bring those to the table.
  • You are comfortable in the field and in the office. Some weeks are events. Some weeks are spreadsheets.
  • You want to build things, not just maintain them.
What You'll Do

Brand Partnerships

  • Lead day to day execution of our brand partnerships, including activations, sponsor commitments, signage, events, and year-over-year planning.
  • Coordinate with partner organizations, vendors, and internal teams to make sure every activation lands.
  • Own partnership calendars, deliverables, and budgets.

New Location and Field Marketing

  • Execute the new location marketing playbook as new sites open.
  • Plan and execute grand opening events, community kickoffs, and site-level activations.
  • Coordinate signage, promotions, and on-site experience for every new location.

Community and Charity Programs

  • Execute our community engagement strategy, focusing our charitable giving and local partnerships into something consistent across all locations.
  • Help each location come to life in its community with a clear playbook, not one-off requests.
  • Track and manage community and charity program budget across all locations.

Loyalty Program

  • Own day to day execution of our member loyalty program, working across marketing, operations, and technology.
  • Drive ongoing program performance, member experience, and growth.

Retention and Acquisition Programs

  • Manage our member retention and new customer acquisition programs, working with our paid media partner and marketing operations to optimize both.
  • Coordinate offers, lifecycle campaigns, and program-level reporting.

Campaign and Budget Management

  • Run marketing campaigns from brief to launch, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, and final delivery.
  • Track and manage campaign and vendor budgets across the marketing function, keeping spend aligned to plan.
  • Work with our paid media partner, creative resources, and internal teams to ship work on time.
  • Keep marketing calendars, project plans, and partner communications organized and current.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and project management.
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects at once and deliver them on time.
  • Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or partners.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Asana, or similar).
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) for budget tracking, reporting, and planning.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can write a brief, run a meeting, and email a partner without rewrites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multi-location, multi-market business.
  • Background in sports, entertainment, hospitality, or experiential partnerships.
  • Experience supporting or running loyalty or membership programs.
  • Experience launching new locations, stores, or markets.
  • Familiarity with Canva and basic creative direction.

Position Details

  • Full-Time, Exempt
  • In-office role at our St. George Support Office, with travel up to 25% for site visits, partner meetings, and marketing events.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
