Summary

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to help fulfill the goals of the broader team: Drive product excellence by equipping product development and manufacturing engineering teams with data-driven insights derived from competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and comprehensive vehicle evaluations.

This position will work closely with all areas of Product Development, Manufacturing, Service, Facilities, and other teams and support ongoing programs related to Benchmarking by leading and assisting with the execution of projects. This Program Manager role will require exceptional cross-functional interaction, attention to detail, great organizational and planning skills, program management knowledge, capability of data analysis and visualization, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of all programs and projects.
  • Own the scope, road map, and tracking of projects and/or programs from start to finish .
  • Set track deliverables, identify risks and drive mitigations across all stages of the project.
  • Anticipate, plan and coordinate internal logistics/needs across projects.
  • Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving, risk management, and changes .
  • Drive initiatives cross functionally with relevant stakeholders within and outside of Test and Development.
  • Partner with program managers, functional leads, and others (depending on program) to ensure milestones are met and project is a success.
  • Build partnerships with other organizations and work proactively with business teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Work collaboratively with leads and managers to set goals and track deliverables.
  • Integration at all levels - act as the glue between the teams to ensure there is cross collaboration, tradeoffs being made across the teams, and issues escalated.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the position.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a related professional and dynamic environment.
  • 4-year college/university degree or similar/equivalent work experience in operations or related field.
  • Program management, engineering, business analytics, data visualization, consulting or similar project execution experience preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft 365, especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs, Outlook/Gmail, SharePoint/Sites.
  • Proficiency in a variety of program/project management tools, such as Confluence, Jira, and more.
  • Prefer data analysis software such as Tableau, SQL, Smart Sheet, and others.
