The Role

Workplace Engineering is AI & Engineering's front door for enterprise AI adoption. We own the configuration, deployment, and operationalization of foundational large language model platforms - Anthropic Claude/Cowork, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, for enterprise end users at scale. We are looking for delivery-focused consultants who have done this work firsthand and can drive technical engagements from platform setup through managed operations.

Work you'll do

As a consultant on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Configuring, integrating and deploying enterprise AI platforms, including Anthropic Claude/Cowork, Google Gemini, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, for end users at scale
  • Leading technical engagements across platform setup, pilot execution, production rollout, and managed operations
  • Implementing identity, access, and provisioning configurations, including single sign-on, role-based access controls, and user lifecycle management
  • Supporting release planning, change management, and end-user enablement activities for enterprise AI platform adoption
  • Translating business and technical requirements into platform configurations, operating procedures, and runbook documentation

Qualifications

Required:

  • Direct experience with enterprise AI platforms, including Anthropic Claude and/or Google Gemini and Copilot
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or systems integration supporting large-scale enterprise implementations
  • Microsoft 365/Exchange ecosystem experience
  • Experience with enterprise release planning and change management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Anthropic Claude/Cowork, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini or OpenAI enterprise platforms
  • Experience configuring single sign-on (SSO) with Okta, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Active Directory, or Google Workspace
  • Experience with System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) provisioning, user lifecycle management, and role-based access control (RBAC)
  • Experience with application programming interface (API) management, webhook integrations, usage monitoring, and spend controls
  • Experience with audit logging, access governance, and enterprise security frameworks including SOC 2 or ISO 27001
  • Experience creating technical documentation, runbooks, or acceptable use policies for enterprise AI deployments

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
