Join us in supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation's mission to protect the United States from national security threats. As Program Manager, you will lead a high-performing team that delivers intelligence, analysis, and operational support, directly impacting the FBI's ability to detect, deter, and mitigate insider threats. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of information analysis, threat assessment, and strategic operations in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Navanti is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee contractor personnel, ensure operational coverage in all critical areas, and collaborate closely with government analysts to produce high-quality deliverables. The Program Manager will drive data analysis, threat assessments, and reporting, ensuring all products meet the FBI's operational priorities and performance standards.
Core Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage contractor staff, addressing personnel issues as needed.
  • Ensure operational coverage for all mission-critical areas in accordance with division leadership priorities.
  • Collaborate with government analysts to define, develop, and execute reports, deliverables, and analytical products.
  • Review and evaluate incoming reports, collection plans, and programs for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and project data trends based on knowledge of current/past intelligence situations.
  • Provide specialized research, threat analysis, and production support.
  • Access designated databases to identify, extract, and format information to government specifications.
  • Deliver tailored threat analyses to meet government requirements.
  • Prepare technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations, and other designated products.
  • Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess problems, make accurate observations, and provide actionable recommendations.

Minimum Requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph at time of hire.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience applying administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
  • 5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in national security or related fields, with emphasis on information analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and related tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse personnel.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills and ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop methods to accomplish PWS objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in intelligence-focused operational environments.
  • Understanding of security risk management concepts.
