Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Data Cloud technologies and User Experience (UX) to support one of our top clients, a leading global asset management firm. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in program and project management, technical knowledge of modern data platforms, and a user-centric approach to leading initiatives and delivering impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional programs focused on Data Cloud technologies and user experience (UX) enhancements
  • Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and interdependencies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on leveraging Data Cloud solutions and enhancing user experience.
  • Apply deep expertise in Data Cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to architect and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to ensure data architecture and integrations align with business requirements.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working with Data Cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing data-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data integration platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

In the US, the target base salary for this role is $150,000-$170,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors
