Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Architect scalable, global frameworks for strategic partner initiatives by defining end-to-end program mechanics, compliance guardrails, and commercial success criteria.
• Lead day-to-day operations and program execution across the partner lifecycle, establishing rigorous governance models to monitor regional execution and tracking capability milestones.
• Orchestrate collaboration between partners, GTM leadership, and key internal stakeholders including product, engineering, and finance to systematically resolve delivery blockers.
• Optimize scaled programs dynamically by continuously evaluating changing market conditions and technological advancements to deliver sustained, long-term business impact.
• Deliver structured performance updates, analytical insights, and critical market trends to executive leadership and field teams to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in enterprise program management, partnerships, business development, cloud sales, corporate development, or management consulting within SaaS or AI companies.
• Experience leading the execution, delivery, and governance of technology programs or ecosystem strategies.
• Experience operating and managing initiatives within a global model.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated track record managing, enablement, or co-selling with industry-leading Systems Integrators (SIs) on a global scale.
