Position Summary...Join Sam’s Club Marketing as a Manager of Paid Search & Marketing Technology, where you’ll play a key role in scaling one of our most impactful performance channels while enabling innovation across our broader media ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll strengthen our paid search program through disciplined execution and optimization, while also partnering with Product and media platforms to bring new capabilities to life. You’ll help translate partner roadmaps into scalable solutions that unlock performance, improve efficiency, and drive measurable growth.What you'll do...
What You’ll Do 
Drive Paid Search Performance & Operations 
  • Own campaign execution in partnership with our media agency, ensuring strong delivery, pacing, and performance  
  • Lead ongoing optimization efforts and contribute to testing strategies, ensuring learnings are captured and applied  
  • Oversee spend tracking, performance reporting, and purchase order management to maintain operational rigor  
Enable Marketing Technology & Partner Innovation 
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate media partner capabilities into actionable requirements and delivered solutions  
  • Collaborate with key partners (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest) to advance joint initiatives and unlock new growth opportunities  
  • Identify and scale optimization signals across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels to improve performance outcomes  
 
What You’ll Bring 
  • Experience in paid search or performance marketing, including campaign execution, optimization, and operational workflows  
  • Proven ability to partner with agencies and major media platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest)  
  • Experience translating technical needs into clear requirements and driving delivery through cross-functional teams, with a foundation in marketing or media (rather than product management) 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals and timelines  
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to drive work forward in a fast-paced environment

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
