This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

OverviewWe are seeking a Freelance Program Manager/Analyst to support the July launch of five new products across key international markets, including Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Australia.Responsibilities
  • Manage local agency and client teams or partner to upload the product feed in line with provided guidelines 
  • Provide Project Management support to local agencies/clients as needed to complete feed upload work
  • Coordinate with and follow up with local teams to ensure required updates are implemented
  • Review existing product feeds to identify potential gaps, errors, or non-compliance against guidelines
  • Track key KPIs and measure performance impact post-update; provide optimization recommendations where applicable
  • Post-upload performance monitoring and analysis, including:
    • Rejection rate
    • Share of Voice (SOV)
    • Other relevant KPIs
  • Manage related communication with clients (Answer questions, address feedback) and report progress to clients using an existing tracker
  • Work closely with Project manager who oversees other overseas markets
Qualifications

Experience:

  • 3+ years performance marketing, feed management, or eCommerce strategy.
  • Product feeds and feed management platforms (Feedonomics preferred)
  • Google Merchant Center and Shopping/PMax
  • At least one additional channel (Meta, Microsoft, or retail media) 

Technical Knowledge:

  • Feed structure, transformation rules, and attribute optimization
  • Product taxonomy and catalog architecture
  • Cross-channel differences in feed requirements and ranking factors
  • Experience building custom labels and segmentation strategies at scale
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (data manipulation, QA workflows)

 Compensation Range: USD $35.17 - USD $54.11/Hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
