Work you'll do

As a Senior, Technology Program Management professional on the GES Technology team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of technical initiatives across infrastructure, security, and application tooling teams.

  • Develop and maintain integrated engineering schedules across application, infrastructure, security, and tooling workstreams
  • Track cross-team dependencies, align owners, and drive resolution of blockers, milestone gaps, and delivery conflicts
  • Identify risks related to scope, resources, security approvals, and technical readiness; maintain mitigation plans and escalation paths
  • Partner with enterprise architects, product owners, and engineering leaders to translate scope and design decisions into actionable delivery plans
  • Prepare stakeholder updates, communicate schedule changes, and support delivery governance across technical forums

Required:

  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years in technical/engineering program management managing infrastructure, tooling, or cybersecurity projects
  • Proven ability to own complex, multi-team engineering schedules with delivery accountability across infrastructure and application layers
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional dependencies, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and escalations across engineering, operations, security, and infrastructure teams
  • Experience supporting infrastructure deployments through release planning, continuous integration/continuous deployment pipeline coordination, security review activities, and operational readiness planning
  • Ability to identify, assess, and communicate risk; translate technical and security risks to business impact
  • Proven track record influencing outcomes without direct authority across engineering, operations, security, and leadership
