The Machine Operations and Deployment Engineering (MODE) team is accountable for the orchestration and enablement of compute and storage builds from order creation, constraints enforcement, and infrastructure mapping through to deployment. The team focuses on timely execution, proactive exception management, governance, and drive delivery policies and transformational programs to enable success for customers and Google. Projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and you will be responsible for keeping all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. You will oversee the deployment operations of new compute and storage server builds. You will focus on orchestrating flawless execution from manufacturing to logistics, to DC deployment. Whether managing broad, end-to-end deployment orchestration or specializing in a specific vertical, you will lead high-impact tactical and strategic projects within the computing infrastructure.
