Global Marketing Program Manager
Remote | Contract through July 2027
Preferred Time Zones: Eastern or Central

A global employment services company is seeking a Global Marketing Program Manager to join their program management team. This role will orchestrate and drive complex, cross-functional marketing programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This individual will be building out project plans, identify key stakeholders and work to set up key milestones.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive meetings, make sure teams are hitting milestones, put together communication plans, identify issues and report out on them and keep key stakeholders informed throughout.
  • Build and maintain deep partnerships across Marketing teams to drive alignment and accelerate outcomes.
  • Monitor, track, and report on program progress, proactively identifying risks, issues, and blockers, and leading resolution efforts to keep programs on schedule.
  • Advocate for innovation, challenge existing approaches, and guide teams through complex problems to deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of global marketing programs, defining priorities and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Partner with business owners and executive sponsors to define and approve objectives and success criteria for high-impact initiatives.
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple functional teams, ensuring integrated execution and consistency in deliverables.
  • Establish frameworks, measurement strategies, and performance standards that improve program effectiveness and inform leadership investment decisions.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain comprehensive program management documentation, ensuring transparency and stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8 + years of related experience in a Marketing Program Management role, specifically GTM
  • Strategic leadership: demonstrated ability to develop strategies, connect initiatives to organizational business outcomes (such as revenue growth or GTM strategy), and influence leadership investment decisions
  • Influence & communication: possess strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to build and maintain partnerships across functional teams
  • Risk & dependency management: proven proactive risk identification, risk interdependency assessment and mitigation execution
  • Operational excellence: deep expertise in creating, adapting, and managing complex programs, including end-to-end execution, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional alignment
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations, embrace new tools and processes, and navigate a fast-changing, matrixed business environment
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs/Google Worksheet) and Apple applications, with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and leverage AI tools and digital event management platforms to drive innovation. PM Software: Asana or Jira
