About the team you are joining

We'relooking for a highly organized and collaborative Assistant Manager, Marketingto support marketing activities across key segments within IATA's Products& Services division. This role supports recurring marketing initiatives,evergreen campaigns, customer engagement activities, and marketing automationefforts to help drive awareness, pipeline growth, and customer retention.
Workingclosely with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Product teams,you will help coordinate campaigns, manage marketing assets, support automationactivities, and contribute to the successful delivery of go-to-marketinitiatives across key products and services within your portfolio.

What your day would be like
  • Own the execution of marketing activities for key products and strategic segments within the Products & Services division.
  • Coordinate recurring initiatives including newsletters, promotions, calendars, webinars, renewal campaigns, and evergreen marketing programs.
  • Drive with marketing automation activities using Pardot and Salesforce, including email campaigns, segmentation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Maintain and develop marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, web banners, content, videos, and guides.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives including user forums, workshops, webinars, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment across campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign and automation performance using reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Own and maintain campaign calendars, marketing databases, and reporting dashboards to support pipeline generation activities.
  • Drive improvement in the customer journey across IATA's Products & Services ecosystem and digital platforms.
