Belton Educational Foundation office paraprofessional needed for clerical work, 12 month position, part-time 30 hours per week. Must be available and flexible with work days and hours. Occasional evenings/weekend days could be possible a couple of times a year for special events.
Secretary screening required at Central Office, 110 W. Walnut, Belton MO 64012. Mon-Fri. 8:30am-3:00pm. Call for an appointment: 816-489-7001.
Rate of Pay Range: $16.27/hour - $23.04/hour based on experience and education.
This position provides support to the Executive Director, helps maintain day-to-day activities, assists with all fundraising campaigns, event planning, and program management. Position also assists with all communication channels, including social media, email newsletters, press releases, videos, and website. Looking for someone with a cheerful, positive attitude, a team player mindset, and who enjoys working in an educational environment and with the community. Must possess excellent communication, organization and people skills and be a self-starter. Must be willing to work the occasional weeknight/weekend for events. Experience with Canva, Google, Meta Business, and QuickBooks preferred.
