The General Manager (GM) is the leader of the gym, responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and the quality of the member experience. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team that reflects the UFC GYM brand and values.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit & Hire: Identify and onboard top-tier talent for department managers and front-line staff.

  • Administration: Manage payroll, overtime approvals, and ensure all company policies and safety protocols are strictly followed.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience and 2-3 years in management supervising at least 3-10 employees.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and a strong understanding of gym-specific financial metrics (revenue, payroll, and ratios).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift between 50-120 lbs.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required; a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
