Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience advising C-suite executives in the Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) sector.
  • Experience with AI technologies (Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, or AI Agent architectures) and cloud platforms.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Strategic Design, or a related field.
  • Experience leading design/innovation firms and tier-1 strategy consulting firms.
  • Experience across Retail/Investment Banking, Wealth, Insurance, and Financial Technology value chains.
  • Experience with Google Cloud's AI stack (Gemini, Vertex, GECX), building ROI models and repeatable product frameworks.
