  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Solutions Consultant-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Technical project management (requirements, scope, risk, timelines); Process design and improvement or Operations management (SLAs, capacity planning, quality control, outsourcing); Stakeholder management and collaboration; Structured discovery of customer objectives and quantification of solution value or Consulting and stakeholder needs analysis; Systems solutioning (full implementation lifecycle) or Strategy and roadmap development for enterprise systems

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $145,650 - $204,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location. The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google's full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership by demonstrating how Google's advertising products and technology can solve their business problems.
  • Identify customer needs by understanding clients' annual and quarterly challenges/goals in collaboration with Sales, assessing and prioritizing where bespoke projects can add value.
  • Develop and implement service plans that leverage Google's resources (e.g. technical support, media campaigns, customer service) to address the client's needs and drive growth.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for servicing the client, conducting regular check-ins (e,g. Discovery conversation and project debriefs) to ensure their needs are being met.
