This is a frontline role. Your job is to:
  • Create opportunities by building new relationships
  • Structure, negotiate, and close complex deal structure
  • Develop an expertise on both our products and our target markets and the impact of technology on our partners.

You'll work closely with the Head of Partnerships, who sets direction and strategy. You execute by finding the right partners and closing deals across both web3 native and enterprise markets.
What You'll Do:
  • Partnership Deal Making: Identify, engage, and foster relationships with key industry players such as AI Builders, Data Vendors, Compute Networks, Agentic Frameworks, Coding Platforms, and Web3 ecosystems to cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of compelling partnership opportunities.
  • Strategy and Implementation: Work within a process to identify critical external data points that help our leadership team develop a cohesive strategy across Partnerships, Product, and Marketing.
  • Deal Excellence: Lead intricate negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring that the terms are mutually advantageous and align with the strategic objectives of both parties. Skillfully draft and finalize partnership agreements, meticulously addressing critical terms and conditions.
  • Program Manage Deal Outcomes: Collaborate cros-functionally with internal stakeholders; taking an ownership approach to seeing a deal from contract signing through to integration and beyond.

What You'll Have:
  • Relevant Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Partnerships or Business Development function working in Data Infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence, or Information Technology
  • Working knowledge of Web3 business models and a strong curiosity to explore the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchains
  • Technical Curiosity: You aren't a data architect, but you have the ability to understand complex technical models, architectures, and agentic workflows
  • Creative Deal Maker: You have a strong proven track record of constructing business relationships that don't follow a template
  • You are passionate about decentralizing data infrastructure and the impact this has on the digital experience for everyone.
  • High ethical standards.
  • You appreciate direct communication.
  • You can pivot on the fly. Crypto is constantly evolving, so our priorities do, too. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today, and that excites you. You're not looking for a 9-5 job.
  • Ability to travel 20% or more of the time, often internationally.

Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
