Job description

Job Posting/Description:

Since 1973, Vida Shoes International has been committed to becoming a global leader in the footwear industry. We are dedicated to designing, producing and marketing quality branded footwear using our expansive international resources. Our wealth of knowledge stems from the diversity of brands and successful products we have produced year after year.

About The Role

We are building an in-house digital marketing team to manage paid media across a portfolio of 7 footwear brands, ranging from $2.5M to $30M in annual revenue. As our Paid Search Manager, you will own Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Shopping strategy end-to-end — from campaign architecture and bidding strategy to feed optimization and performance reporting. You will be a player-coach: senior enough to set the strategy and hands-on enough to execute it yourself without a team of specialists beneath you on day one.

Title: Paid Search, Sr. Manager

Compensation: $95,000.00 – $115,000.00

Key Responsibilities

·       Own all paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for all 7+ shoe brands, managing a combined multi-million dollar annual budget

·       Build and maintain campaign architecture for each brand, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns etc.

·       Own Google Merchant Center, product feed, and Shopping optimization across all brands

·       Develop and execute bidding strategies, keyword roadmaps, and negative keyword management to maximize ROAS

·       Write, test, and iterate on ad copy across all brands; manage audience and match type strategy

·       Lead the transition from agency-managed search accounts: audit, rebuild, and own all account structures

·       Stay current on Google and Microsoft platform updates, beta features, and algorithm changes that affect performance

Requirements

·       5–7 years of hands-on paid search experience, managing Google Ads and Shopping campaigns directly

·       Proven experience managing $2M+ in annual paid search spend across multiple brands or accounts

·       Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Google Merchant Center; Microsoft Ads experience a strong plus

·       Deep familiarity with Performance Max, Smart Shopping, and their respective trade-offs

·       Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling, building, and presenting performance reports independently

·       Experience with product feed management tools (Feedonomics, DataFeedWatch, or similar)

·       Footwear, fashion, apparel, or DTC e-commerce experience strongly preferred

·       Self-starter who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment without a large supporting team

Nice To Have

·       Experience with SA360 or similar enterprise bid management platforms

·       Google Ads Scripts or basic automation experience

·       Experience managing paid retargeting/programmatic campaigns through Criteo, including budget allocation, performance optimization, and reporting on ROAS and conversion metrics

·       Familiarity with attribution tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox

Thank you in advance for your interest in this opening. Vida Shoes International is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability or protected veteran status. At this time, only qualified candidates will be contacted.
