Service Appointment Coordinator

Now’s your chance, Gary Rome Auto Group is looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. 

As the first point of contact for our service department, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You'll assist customers by answering inbound service calls, scheduling appointments accurately, addressing questions, and educating customers on manufacturer-recommended maintenance and services. 

Customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great teamwork and a desire to learn.
