Overview
As an Assistant Manager of Business Services you will support day-to-day operations across the NCH Renewal, Renewal Processing, Business Registration, and Compliance teams. You’ll own workflow management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to keep work moving smoothly, maintain high service levels, and help drive revenue growth across these service lines.
This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.
You will
  • Oversee daily operations and workload distribution across Renewal, Business Registration, Compliance, and Renewal Processing teams.
  • Monitor performance and revenue metrics, using reports and dashboards to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Coach Renewal Specialists on call quality and sales techniques, using live support and AI call reviews to improve results.
  • Manage email and case routing, internal escalations, and service issues to ensure timely, accurate client support.
  • Partner with Sales, Compliance, Processing, Accounting, IT, and leadership to resolve issues, align on priorities, and verify opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and deliver regular performance, revenue, and operational reports for the Director and leadership.
  • Identify process improvements, cost efficiencies, and workflow fixes, then help implement changes across teams.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives for the Director of Business Services.

 

You have
  • 3+ years in operations, team leadership, and/or administrative management (preferably in business services, compliance, or corporate filings).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, tracking, and basic data analysis.
  • Experience with CRM and workflow tools or a strong ability to learn them quickly.
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working across multiple teams and levels.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A mindset focused on revenue, performance, and continuous process improvement.
The base compensation range for this role ranges from $20-$25 an hour dependent on experience + performance-based bonus opportunities.
