At North Sky Communications, LLC, as a Coordinator Office, you will perform routine clerical and organizational tasks that serve as the backbone for our local operations and broadband deployment field offices. In this role, you will act as a vital point of contact connecting field operations, local management, corporate departments, and our trusted subcontractors to ensure everyday processes are completed accurately and safely.

What you'll do
  • Operational Support: Perform routine clerical duties, data entry, filing, scanning, routing emails, and maintaining a neat, orderly regional office environment.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Update internal tracking databases, compile final broadband project deliverables/as-builts, track gas card receipts, and manage physical and digital project logs.
  • Invoicing Support: Assist field operations with weekly time sheet collection for local aerial, underground, and fiber splicing crews, verify accuracy, and process local billing data or purchase orders.
  • Subcontractor Compliance: Assist with the collection and maintenance of required subcontractor compliance documentation, ensuring active partners adhere to agreement rules, insurance mandates, and onboarding compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact between North Sky project managers, field crews, vendors, and Dycom corporate administrative personnel to keep communication lines clear.

What you'll need
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative support, office coordinator, or clerical role (experience within telecom, fiber/broadband utility construction, or wireless infrastructure is highly preferred).
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets), alongside a quick ability to adapt to specialized proprietary internal software.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage tight operational, payroll, or billing deadlines without losing accuracy.
  • Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for interfacing effectively with external clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. A valid state driver's license (cannot be provisional) with an acceptable driving record and the ability to pass standard background/drug screenings may be required.
