Company Description
Our unique service methodology blends people, process and technology.
Technology is worthless without people. Critical to the success of a POS system is employee buy-in, training and taking ownership of the system. Technology is worthless unless it's configured to match your business process.
When it comes to technology, the key to our effectiveness is the advanced technology of the Google Flutter development platform. While much of it is transparent to users, this technology is practically applied — to improve the speed, reliability and availability of the system.
You may ask "who gives a crap about Google Flutter"?
Companies like TikTok, Square, LinkedIn and other mass market Apps use Google Flutter. It's digital, web centric and designed for high volume use and stability. In 2023, TikTok users spent a combined 4.43 billion minutes watching videos on the app each day, with 1.5 billion users.
Using Flutter, we deliver multiple agile internal processes which control specific system components such payment processing, kitchen printers and cash drawers. As a result, the system as a whole can do more— and do it faster — than POS systems built on legacy Windows and Apple platforms.
The bottom line: our approach to ensuring our merchants maximize their POS investment is to deliver a hardware, software and deployment ecosystem designed to bring restaurant owners maximum stability, support and long term ownership.
