ABOUT BARK
Here at BARK, we love dogs and their people. We're looking to make all dogs happy throughout the entire world (we're not kidding). Think Disney for dogs -- we make magic for dogs and their people through our products, events, and experiences.
Our ambition level is high, the opportunity is huge, and our love for dogs is through the roof! We launched in 2011 with BarkBox, a monthly-themed subscription of all-natural treats and clever toys. Since then, we've shipped more than 70 million toys and treats to dogs across the world and use all of that direct customer feedback to inform new initiatives and ways to make magic between dogs and their people. We've since expanded into other offerings as well, as we aim to become THE Dog Company for every family with a four-legged, belly-scratch-loving, interspecies family member.
THE TEAM
The BARK Air team is responsible for the strategy and implementation of curating the premier truly "dogs first" flight experience in the travel industry. This team will focus on developing unique care and experiences during pre-booking, ground, flight and arrival.

Your keen eye for detail and proactive action to our customers' needs are mission-critical and will make their journey a delightfully memorable one.
Seamless Journey Management: You're the orchestrator of smooth operations, from the moment passengers check in to the time they collect their luggage. You'll be the hero at the curbside, the guru in the lounge, and the guardian in the skies, ensuring every part of the BARK Air voyage seamless and breezy.
Navigating the Unexpected: Flight delays, misplaced toys, or a surprise case of the zoomies - you handle it all with grace and agility, making sure every bump in the road (or air) is smoothed over with BARK Air's trademark care and attention.
Being the Know-It-All (In The Best Way): From the latest in fare deals to the schedule of our next dog-friendly destination, you're the encyclopedia of all things BARK Air, ready and eager to share your knowledge.
Adaptability: Duties may vary depending on passenger and business needs, requiring flexibility and a willingness to assist where needed is a must.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
