Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at San Carlos Flight Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, dispatching flights, checking-in and invoicing flights, tracking flight hours, scheduling member flights, and assisting with social media posts and updates. Additionally, the Customer Service Representative will assist with event planning and hosting, award tracking, general office work and support, welcoming and signing-up new members, answering phone calls and emails, and keeping the office clean and organized. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for effectively communicating with line service and other staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls

Requirements:

Work Hours and Schedule:
