Job Description
  • Manages the integrated editorial calendar to give one view across channels for marketing programs/campaigns.
  • Compiles an integrated and aligned view/list of the assets needed to execute and drives publishing with agencies (across channels - social, .com, blogs).
  • Manage weekly Influencer MRC meeting
  • Manage & prioritize all inputs to publish agenda
  • Meeting notes including decisions and AR's
  • Project management for all DMM social analytics projects (POs, delivery schedules, deadlines)
  • Ensure all campaign requirements, work scope, deliverables and schedule are documented and steered for success
  • Collaborate with Digital Strategist and other DMM leads to stablish process and tracking methods/tools to measure the progress and optimize
    Innovate ways to improve the efficiency across the org to meet vision, goals and milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for success in engagements (schedule, requirements, reviews etc)
    Maintain peer relationships across functional teams and individuals in channel and COE roles
  • Interfaces with COEs for internal checks, controls and outputs
    Identifies interdependencies and potential road blocks/gating factors and associated impacts
  • Identify ambiguity and conflicting asks
  • Use online collaboration tools, program/project tracking tools, KPI management tools to drive efficiency like Google docs, Workfront, and Opal Moments MS Office suite

Qualifications
High level of proficiency in Excel
Minimum Education: BA Level Degree
Work experience: 5 - 7 years of project management and Marketing experience
