Job description

  • Lead a Right-of-Way Department managing multiple staff and sub-contractors
  • Oversee internal and client budget oversight responsibilities
  • Assist with business strategic planning
  • Manage project databases and file management
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and statutes
  • Coordinate project workflow and support to infrastructure projects
  • Develop landowner agreements and manage damage claims
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and manage client communications
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in right of way acquisition and project management.
  • Experience managing electric transmission line or other linear acquisition projects is required.
  • People leadership and staff development experience
  • Budget, forecasting, and financial management experience
  • Contract and subcontractor management experience
  • Complete understanding of title reports, acquisition documents, survey exhibits, and other real estate related documents.
  • Licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Agent (or willingness to get licensed).
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office software.
  • Solid understanding of ArcGIS software and Google Earth.
  • Current valid driver’s license with personal vehicle suitable for field work (mileage is reimbursed)
