Job description

As Market Maintenance Coordinator you will play an integral role in managing the market's quality of appearance including illumination, vegetation cutting work and cost controls. In this role you will systematically drive throughout the market territory and view out of home advertising locations to identify posting, illumination and vegetation issues. You will undertake any necessary research needed to then process the appropriate work orders and instructions to correct any issues discovered. You will oversee any projects that arise from your discoveries to ensure items are resolved appropriately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Driving throughout the market territory to observe, evaluate and photograph inventory for maintenance reporting
  • Compose and maintain detailed records and process all necessary reports
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with officials, property owners, managers and other professionals
  • Working with mapping programs such as Google Earth and utilizing online and hard copy tax maps to identify property boundaries
  • Traverse various terrain on foot to accurately identify and mark job sites
  • Frequent nighttime driving to inspect inventory for lighting and other issues
  • Working on numerous projects at one time
  • Special projects as directed by the Operations Manager and General Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience working in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in working with highly confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written and organizational skills.
  • Highly proficient technical skills
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines
  • CDL required
  • Must be knowledgeable with track skid steer machines and hydraulic attachments
  • Able to operate a forklift
  • Be able to operate gas powered equipment such as: chain saw, pole saw, metal blade weed trimmers, backpack blowers etc....
  • Must be able to work at heights as well (not a primary function, but required)
