This is a career opportunity! We are willing to train the right people!

Our office is rapidly growing and we are looking to hire the right individual to fit right into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service /Sales Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

Prior Allstate or State Farm agency experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Common service tasks such as taking payments, endorsements to personal lines policies.

Transferring policies from state to state as needed.

Pivot incoming services calls to comprehensive insurance reviews for existing clients to assess their coverage needs and identify opportunities for additional products or upgrades. Policy conversions and rewrites as needed

Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products to existing clients.

Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Provide personalized solutions to clients based on their insurance preferences.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering expert guidance on insurance-related matters and assisting them in making informed decisions about their coverage.


Requirements

This is an in office position M-F

  • Property and Casualty license for Oregon and Washington.
  • Previous insurance experience, recent Allstate experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of how to service and write property and casualty insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Windows 11, Outlook, Google Drive.
  • Comfortable with cross-selling techniques to promote additional insurance products.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
