Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, completion of Executive Protection course or equivalent experience.
  • Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualified.
  • 5 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience globally, with Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) certification.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience working on an executive protection/dignitary protection (EP/DP) team.
  • Experience analyzing intelligence/threat reports to determine the risk level to a location, event, or person so that resources can be scoped appropriately.
  • Ability to maintain valid U.S. driver's license, pass pre-employment and unscheduled drug testing during employment.
  • Ability to work unconventional corporate schedules including extended days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to operate a large motor vehicle, such as an SUV for extended periods.

By leveraging your investigative skills and security expertise, you will coordinate with cross-functional partners and vendors to ensure the safety and security requirements of our clients are met with the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
From keeping Googlers safe and secure to managing disruptive events, the ability to anticipate, deter, detect, and act are the pillars of Google's Global Security and Resilience Services (GSRS) team. As a member of GSRS you will help develop a culture where safety, security and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
  • Operate various types of vehicles, including large SUVs, to safely transport clients.
  • Assist and plan/coordinate safety and security resources for large-scale Google Executive Protection missions.
  • Work a predetermined rotational schedule to include international and domestic travel.
  • Support protective security employees in their performance of executive protection missions.
  • Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed and keep accurate records as required.
