AMP is hiring a Temporary - Data Coordinator reporting to Human Resources.
The Temporary Data Coordinator position will provide administrative and data support to the People Team during an HRIS transition. This role will primarily assist with data entry, data organization, and other project-related activities to support a smooth transition to the new system.
As our Temporary - People Data Coordinator, you will work to:
  • Assist with data entry and updates related to employee information.
  • Pull, organize, and compile data from existing systems, spreadsheets, and other sources.
  • Support data cleanup and review efforts to help identify missing or inconsistent information.
  • Assist with spreadsheets, reports, and files needed throughout the HRIS transition.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with employee and People Team information.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the People Team as needs arise throughout the transition.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have:
Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
  • Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and instructions when working with employee data.
  • Ability to identify and communicate basic data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets.

Education:

Experience:
