Job description

OLH Technical Services,ย a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking services aย Security Systems Data Entry Specialistย to join our team inย Denver, Colorado. ย 


Position Responsibilities:

  • This requirement is required to provide support entering and maintaining various types of data and information that is related to the various technology systems and databases.
  • Receiving and validating the customer information received through the new account request process. Coordinate with other FPS divisions that are related to account information and potentially billing information.
    Accepting/receiving all calls from tenant agencies, operators, or MegaCenter staff on all electronic security systems issues.
    Follow-up with the client agency to determine if service was completed and the customer is satisfied.
    Create and update various reports and dashboards.


Position Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • High School Diploma
  • On-site / No Remote
  • Monday-Friday (Federal Holidays observed)


Position is located in Denver, COย 

Compensation:ย ย $20 - $23ย ย / hour
