Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate, experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Manager, Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering-related occupation.
  • Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Software development in one or more programming languages or Code evaluation and software optimization; Design, analysis, and troubleshooting of distributed systems or Systems architecture optimization for testability, performance, and reliability; Team management and personnel development or Performance feedback and coaching; Conflict resolution for escalated issues or Partnership management with stakeholders and decision-makers; and Process automation and simplification design or Systems thinking for component interrelation analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $213,100 - $300,000 20% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location.
