What is a Google Co-Op?

A Google Co-Op is a cooperative education program offered by Google that allows students to gain practical work experience while still in school. Participants work at Google for a set period, usually alternating between semesters of academic study and full-time work. This program is designed to give students hands-on experience in their field of study, mentorship from experienced professionals, and an inside look at Google's unique work culture. Co-Op students often work on real projects that have a meaningful impact and can help kickstart a career in the tech industry.

How does the Google Co-Op program support career development for participants?

The Google Co-Op program offers participants the chance to work alongside experienced professionals on real projects, providing exposure to Google's innovative culture and work processes.
