Job description

Overview

At EIM, we are reimagining healthcare education to humanize patient care in every community. We offer accessible lifelong learning to healthcare professionals transforming their communities. The Clinical Education Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the success of EIMs mission.


Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to the following)

  • Assists Manager in creating agendas, scheduling meetings, taking relevant notes, and sending follow up reminders to both EIM and UP teams.
  • Confirmation of clinical education sites and specialty settings after procurement of contracts across all healthcare education disciplines in a timely manner.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry and management of all clinical sites and personnel in the Clinical Education Management Systems.
  • Creation and management of Clinical Education timelines and reminders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with teammates and external stakeholders using effective in person and virtual, email and phone communication.
  • Assists Manager/Director in identifying areas of improvement and project needs across clinical education team as it relates to data management.
  • Assists Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Education Managers in identifying and correcting data entry errors using appropriate quality control measures set by Director/Managers.
  • Track pertinent data and create relevant reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage clinical education internal and external contact lists.
  • Collaboration with Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Education Managers as needed.  
  • Maintenance of clinical education playbooks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must possess strong interpersonal savvy
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clinical education team
  • Must be extremely well organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment and demonstrate ability to learn new computer programs and have high technical aptitude.
  • Ability to take meeting notes and action items in a fast-paced setting.

•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and other productivity enhanced applications

  • Demonstrates a helpful, positive, and collaborative attitude
  • Must be flexible and capable of multi-tasking
  • Must take initiative and be a self-starter
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
